Q. How much do you charge to help me?
A. We don’t charge you anything for our service. There are no hidden charges or fees payable we will even pay your legal fees if you choose a solicitor from our approved list.
Q. Which areas do you cover?
A. We cover England & Wales, Scotland will need to be on a case by case basis. We do not cover Ireland.
Q. How long does it take to buy my property?
A. Most purchase offers are made within 48 hours.
We can exchange contracts within 48 hours if needed, You could sign the paperwork this afternoon and walk away from the property safe in the knowledge that you would no longer be responsible for it anymore.
If you need longer we can work to your timescale.
Q. Am I committed to a sale after an offer has been made?
A. All our offers are obligation free, no salesmen will put pressure on you to accept our offer
Q. Do you buy the property ?
A. We will always look to buy the property ourselves first. If we arrange for a buyer from our business partners we will handle the entire process ourselves, your offer will not change and we will keep to the timescale agreed with you.
Q. Can you stop a repossession?
A. We can and have done so many times, if you are in financial difficulties, the sooner we can help the more options available to everyone.
We have solicitors experienced in dealing with repossession who can talk to the bank on your behalf.
Q. I have received a warrant for possession from the court can you still help me?
A. Yes. The longer you leave it the harder it becomes but we have helped people the day before repossession was due to take place.
Q. Does it work with any type of property?
A. Yes, our scheme works with any residential property.
Q. My property is a shared ownership property, can you help?
A. Due to the complexity of shared ownership agreements, shared ownership property will be assessed on an individual basis.
Q. Does it work with leasehold properties?
A. Our scheme works with both Freehold and Leasehold properties
Q. What if my property needs work done on it - do you take any property?
A. Yes, we will consider any property in any condition.
Q. What do you offer for my property
A. We can offer up to full market value for your property in some circumstances but we typically pay 75%-85% of the current market value of your home
Q. Will anyone know about the sale?
A. Your dealings with us are fully confidential. We are registered with the information comissioner under the data protection act so your private information will not be shared without your specific agreement.
